Post Exam Information

EMG and nerve conduction testing has no significant side effects or after effects. No special precautions or activity restrictions are needed after testing and you may return to your usual activities immediately following the exam.

The results of testing and test interpretation will be sent to your doctor, generally within 24 hours.
